Recipe Contest Guidelines

Each recipe must include the following:
1)mention of "Chili Maya Seasoning Mix" must be in the recipe
click on the 3rd button to your right that says "Chili Maya Seasoning Mix" for more information
2)accurate measurements
"a pinch of this" and "a tad of that" is not acceptable!
you must give the number of teaspoons, cups, number of ounces in a can of beans, etc...
3) number of servings in your batch of chili
example : number of servings: makes ten 1 cup servings
4)cost per serving (optional)
example : cost per serving: $2.79 per cup
click the "cost per serving" button to your right to see an example of how this is figured
5)photo of YOUR chili in a dish or pot
6]Full LEGAL name,of the person to whom the check should be made

Deadline:
Email your chili recipe no later than midnight on March 1st, 2010

Who may enter:
Any person of any age, friend, foe or neutral
home cooks,culinary students, home economics students, and professional chefs are all invited to participate

1st prize -100.00 USD , a certificate of acknowlegement, and an honorable mention on this website with your recipe and website (if applicable) posted
2nd prize - a certificate of acknowlegement, and an honorable mention on this website with your recipe and website info (if applicable)posted
3rd prize - a certificate of acknowlegement, and an honorable mention on this website with your recipe and website info (if applicable) posted

Includes Chili Maya Chili Recipe Contest Fee, 4 free packages of Chili Maya Seasoning Mix, tax, shipping or in-person Knoxville delivery.
*A portion of proceeds will be donated to a Knoxville charity.
If you do not want to pay with PayPal, you may pay with cash if you live in Knoxville and want in-person delivery.
